I'm going on holiday in 8 weeks, 16 hours and 44 minutes approximately. This has given me the final nudge to step it up a bit and get my body into as good a condition as I can. Every year I half heartedly try then get away and sigh as I step into my bikini. This isn't just about my holiday though, I want to feel good, and I know I do when I am I tip top condition. This isnt about weight loss, its fat loss. the two are quite different.
Healthy body healthy mind, and vice versa.
So I'm going to start lifting weights in addition to my spin classes. I'm going to tweak the clean eating some more and not let weekends mess it up
