Food diary Thursday 11th April

You can guess what I had for breakfast….

Lunch was a tuna and salad whole wheat roll. On the go.

 

Dinner was lovely. Packed with protein too.

Fish fillets, sweet potato fries, and broccoli.

I went training tonight and came home and made a smoothie. Needed some protein 🙂

 

Strawberries, spinach, peanut butter, Greek yoghurt and non fat milk
