Food diary Tuesday 23rd April

Breakfast was granola and yoghurt today, followed by a boiled egg on its own so I was able to get some extra protein.

Lunch was a mozzarella and onion granary toasty, with a big side salad.

Dinner was chicken, chorizo and chilli rice – one of my favourite dishes. I snacked on fruit and nuts today as well as some yogurt and strawberries later on after my fitness class. I drank my usual 4L of water.
