Breakfast was the same as yesterday – Greek yogurt and my homemade granola. I know it seems I eat a lot of it but its got a good mix of food groups – oats, dried fruit, nuts and some honey. Along with the protein in the yogurt its a great combo.
Lunch today was a chicken tikka wholemeal wrap, with salad.
Dinner was chicken, sweet potato and veg.
I snacked on some fruit & yogurt as per the picture and had a slice of home made sponge cake – well it'd be rude not to? 🙂
